Liquid Cooling System

Liquid Cooling System adopts liquid as the heat transfer medium to dissipate heat generated by high heat density hardware such as chips, servers and GPUs, replacing traditional air cooling.

Working Principle:
Heat is generated by components → Heat transfers to coolant → Flowing coolant carries heat away → Heat is discharged through heat exchanger → Cooled liquid flows back for continuous heat absorption.

Compared with air cooling, liquid cooling delivers higher heat exchange efficiency and lower noise. It provides stable thermal management for high-density computing scenarios such as HPC, AI servers and data centers.
